About<\/h2>\n

Paul J. Falcone is a New York based recording and mixing engineer with a career spanning
\nmusic, broadcast, and live performance at the highest level.<\/p>\n

He is known for his work with artists including Michael Jackson, Missy Elliott, R.E.M., Jay-Z, Whitney Houston, and Luther Vandross. His background is in creative mixing and post production, he has contributed to dozens of Grammy winning projects, along with numerous platinum and gold certified releases.<\/p>\n

Paul is also a Broadcast A1 Mixer at Disney Television in New York, supporting flagship programming such as Good Morning America, World News Tonight, The View, ABC News Live, and ABC\u2019s Special Events coverage. On the live side, he mixes front of house for the Good Morning America Summer Concert Series.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Paul founded Illuminate Artists, a production company focused on music direction, show programming, FOH mixing, and full production staffing and equipment. Since then, he and his team have worked on projects ranging from Missy Elliott\u2019s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, and Out of This World North American tour to her 2025 Coachella performance. Recent work also includes the Ice Spice and Snoop Dogg x Fortnite in-game live concert streamed from the TSX Stage in Times Square, as well as live shows with Kylie Minogue, 070 Shake, Jessie Murph, and Hugh Jackman\u2019s 2025 Radio City Music Hall residency.<\/p>\n

Paul currently mixes FOH for Mariah Carey, covering her 2024\u20132025 global touring and residency run. Highlights include Wembley Arena, major festivals like Rock in Rio and Town Festival, performances across Asia, Australia, and South America, and her Christmas concerts. Several of her Las Vegas residencies at Dolby Live Park MGM have been mixed in Dolby Atmos.<\/p>\n
